Most residential inspections take 30–45 minutes. The majority of our assessment is conducted from above the roof deck where we can evaluate shingle condition, flashing, gutters, and drainage. Attic access and inspection of the underside of the roof deck is performed if required based on findings from above. Most homeowners do not need to be present for the inspection.
